The accommodation itself was a perfect blend of historic charm and modern amenities, with a terrace overlooking the picturesque gardens and stunning views. the cozy sitting area and well-equipped kitchen made it easy to relax and unwind, while the comfortable bedrooms and plush towels added an extra touch of luxury. the free WiFi and flat-screen TV kept us connected, but we found ourselves more drawn to the peaceful surroundings and serene atmosphere. Located just a short distance from the bustling city of Carlisle Lake District, the property offered a peaceful retreat that felt like a world away. We spent our days exploring nearby Buttermere and Keswick, taking in the beautiful scenery and enjoying the local attractions.
